  1. These are the terms & conditions on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. These terms & conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. Please read carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.
  2. We reserve the right to vary the terms & conditions at anytime but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms & conditions that apply are those which you accepted when placing your order.
  3. A contract is formed between Splash Clothing Company Ltd and you when we receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment.
  4. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
  5. Photos, illustrations or descriptions contained in this website are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods shown or described in our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.
  6. Payment for goods will be in pounds Sterling, by any method shown in this website. All purchases are inclusive of VAT.
  7. The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on online. Ordered goods will normally be delivered to addresses in the UK within 2-7 working days of your order being accepted.
  8. All orders are accepted subject to the availability of stock. If any goods are not immediately available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can choose to wait, to cancel the specific product or to cancel the entire order - the relevant amount will be immediately refunded. Any other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
  9. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods, by emailing us at the email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and saleable condition. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit. We will refund in full the amount that has been paid by you within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  11. Personalised garments cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect.
  12. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alterations or repair of the goods without our approval.
  13. We shall not be liable to you for any losses to any business from failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
  14. The contract formed by the acceptance of your order will be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.
