For exchanges, please include £3.95 postage and any receipt and/or covering letter within ten days of purchase. The product should be unworn and unwashed.

For returns, please send to the same address with any receipt and/or a covering letter within ten days of purchase.

For exchanges that are the result of a product fault there is no need to enclose postage and, if genuine, we shall endeavour to sort the problem within any reasonable time-scale.

Please take care to double check sizing ordered for personalised tops as these cannot be exchanged or returned.
